Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: July 23, 2026

Freq Union is an independent event and music brand based in Los Angeles, California. This policy explains what information frequnion.com collects, why we use it, when service providers receive it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

  • Email information: the email address you submit when joining the Freq Union mailing list.
  • Website activity: if you allow Meta tracking, the Meta Pixel may receive page visits, ticket-button clicks, page URLs, referrers, cookie identifiers, IP address, and browser or device information.
  • Basic server data: our hosting provider may process standard request and security logs needed to deliver and protect the website.

We do not collect payment-card information on this website. Ticket purchases occur on the linked ticket provider's website.

How we use information

  • Send event announcements, ticket information, DJ mixes, and promotions.
  • Operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • With permission, measure website visits and ticket interest and support Freq Union advertising through Meta.
  • Respond to privacy questions and requests.

We do not sell personal information for money.

Email and Mailchimp

Email addresses submitted through the signup forms are sent to Mailchimp, an Intuit service, which stores and processes the mailing list for us. You can unsubscribe using the link included in each marketing email or contact us at info@frequnion.com.

Freq Union currently does not upload subscriber email addresses to Meta to create customer-list Custom Audiences. If that practice changes, we will update our notice before using the list that way and obtain permission where required.

Meta Pixel and tracking choices

The Meta Pixel is optional. It remains off until you select "Allow Meta Tracking." If enabled, Meta may use website activity for measurement, advertising, and website Custom Audiences under Meta's own terms and privacy policy. Meta states that Pixel Event Data may be retained for up to two years, while audiences created from that data may remain until deleted.

We honor an enabled Global Privacy Control signal and a browser Do Not Track value of "1" by keeping the Meta Pixel off. You may change a choice made on this device below.

Service providers and links

We use Mailchimp for email marketing, Meta for optional advertising measurement, and a hosting provider to deliver the website. When you follow links to a ticketing service, Instagram, Facebook, SoundCloud, or another third-party website, that service's privacy practices apply.

Retention and security

We keep mailing-list information until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or it is no longer reasonably needed. We limit collection to information needed for the purposes described here and rely on our providers' security controls. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your email address. You may also unsubscribe from marketing or keep Meta tracking disabled without affecting access to the website.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and Freq Union does not knowingly collect their personal information. Event admission requirements, including 21+ restrictions, are stated on the applicable event listing.

Policy updates and contact

We may update this policy when our practices or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be posted here before or when they take effect.
